The holidays are over… but not at The Ratty.
There comes a point when the summer holidays finish, the suitcases get put away and reality starts creeping back in.
Not here.
We’ve decided that if we can’t all go on holiday, we’ll bring the holidays to The Ratty instead. ✈️🌍
And so begins something new…
THE RATTY WORLD JOURNEY
Throughout the year, our kitchen is going to pack its bags and head off around the world.
Every journey will take us somewhere different.
Different countries.
Different flavours.
Different ideas.
Sometimes it might be a whole destination. Sometimes just a little taste of somewhere we fancy visiting.
And who knows where we’ll end up?
…and plenty more places along the way.
But don't worry — we're not changing everything.
Our regular menu is staying very much The Ratty.
Our Mediterranean-British fusion remains at the heart of what we do, while our menus naturally evolve with the seasons.
As autumn arrives, we'll start bringing in more hearty, comforting dishes and new flavours for those colder evenings.
But every now and then…
we're going on holiday.

Our first destination is across the Atlantic.
And we've decided to start the journey with something that is definitely not shy.
🍔 THE HOLIDAY DOUBLE
Beef & Pulled Pork Double Burger
Pulled pork.
Double cheese.
Crispy onions.
Pickles.
Smoky BBQ sauce.
Seasoned fries.
It's big.
It's messy.
It's cheesy.
And it's probably best enjoyed without wearing your favourite white shirt. 😂
THE HOLIDAYS MIGHT BE OVER…
