Every so often, we pack up our imaginary suitcases and take the kitchen somewhere completely different.
We explore a destination, discover its flavours and bring a little piece of that journey back to The Ratty Arms in Ravenglass.
No passport required.
No airport queues.
Just pull up a chair and see where the kitchen takes you.

Our plane has crossed the Atlantic.
We’re heading towards Europe.
But we’re stopping short of telling you exactly where.
